What We Bring to the Course

You set the course, the date, and the format for the day. We handle the hands-on work.
Golf massage therapy on site comes in four formats

Chair massage

Ten to fifteen minutes at the turn or after the last hole, focused on the shoulders, forearms, and upper back.

Assisted stretching

Mobility work for the hips, wrists, and thoracic spine, useful for anyone whose swing feels short that morning

Table sports massage

Longer sessions for players who want deeper work on tight muscles before the first shot or after play ends.

Self-massage guidance

Simple techniques with a golf ball under the feet, so players can keep the work going through the week.

Gabriela works solo for smaller fields, or brings one or two licensed massage therapists from our team when the schedule calls for it.

Why Golf and Massage Belong on the Same Day

A round asks a lot of the body. Players walk for four hours, load the same arms and wrists on every shot, and then stand around cold in between. The usual complaints are a sore shoulder, a tight forearm, and the tendon pain that most golfers call golfer's elbow.

Hands-on work can increase blood flow to the muscles doing the loading, which supports recovery and helps maintain range of motion for the next round. Golf and massage also pair well for relaxation, and a relaxed player generally putts better than a tense one. Massage for golf works best as maintenance across a season, not as a one-off fix during a bad week.

How Nena Wellness Fits Your Event Day

We work around the schedule you have already built.

1

Tell us your field size, the date, and the windows you want covered.

2

We suggest a format that fits. A rolling chair schedule near the clubhouse suits most tournaments, since players can cycle through without missing their tee times.

3

We arrive with chairs, tables, linens, and everything else. You do not source equipment.

4

Players sign up for slots in advance, or we accommodate them as they come.

Rates are $150 per hour per therapist, and that covers setup, equipment, and travel inside our service area. Demand for golf season sports massage peaks between October and April, so winter dates fill early.

$150 / hour per therapist

Includes all setup, equipment, and travel within service area.

Please note: Groups of more than 2 people require a 50% deposit to secure a booking.
